Users should abide by national laws, administrative regulations, departmental regulations and other regulatory documents. 1.2 "User" means a valid registered user of the auto parts network platform.

1.5 Photographing refers to the behavior of the buyer clicking and confirming the purchase on the auto parts network e-commerce platform.
1.6 An order refers to a contract in which a buyer photographs a single item or multiple items at the same time with a single merchant and is confirmed by the seller. The content of any order in the order constitutes a separate transaction.

Second, trading behavior
2.1 The transaction behavior of the buyer under this platform shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations and announcements formulated by the Auto Parts Network e-commerce platform.
2.2 The seller's transaction behavior under this mall shall strictly abide by: "Auto Parts Network Service Agreement" and other relevant regulations and announcements formulated by Auto Parts Network.
2.3 Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own transactions under this platform.
2.4 The seller should reasonably display the brand store image, truthfully describe and publish the product information, and the merchant must explain the basic attributes, fineness, and defects of the product in the channels provided by all auto parts online e-commerce platforms such as product description pages and store pages. The information should be described in a true and complete manner. At the same time, no form or term that is inconsistent or conflicts with national laws and regulations should appear. If the shop page violates the regulations, it will be supervised by the Auto Parts Network e-commerce platform. Remove it immediately and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
2.5 The seller shall ensure that the products it sells meet the technical standards and quality standards required by relevant national laws and regulations, and abide by the principle of good faith.
2.6 The buyer shall pay within the prescribed time after the goods are photographed, otherwise the merchant has the right to refuse to refuse or cancel the transaction.
2.7 The seller shall ship or provide services within the prescribed time, otherwise the buyer has the right to cancel the transaction or request a refund.
2.8 When placing an order, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specifications, size, contact address, telephone number, and consignee of the purchased product. If the consignee is inconsistent with the buyer, the consignee ’s behavior and expression of intention shall be deemed to be the buyer ’s behavior and expression of intention, and the buyer shall be jointly and severally liable for the legal consequences of the consignee ’s behavior and expression of intention.
2.9 Due to market changes and various factors that are difficult to control with reasonable commercial efforts, this platform cannot guarantee that the products that the buyer wishes to purchase in the order information submitted by the buyer will be in stock; Home has the right to cancel the order.
Third, payment and delivery
3.1 The seller ships within [72 hours] after the buyer pays, otherwise the buyer can cancel the transaction and apply for a refund, and the seller must not object.
3.2 After the buyer submits a refund application, if the seller refuses within the prescribed time, and the buyer fails to make an appeal within 15 days, the refund process is closed and the transaction proceeds normally, and the buyer must not object.
3.3 Within 15 days from the time when the merchant agrees to return the goods, if the buyer fails to fill in the return information, the refund process is closed and the transaction proceeds normally, and the buyer must not object.
3.4 After the buyer pays, if the merchant fails to fulfill the specific commitments, the buyer may complain to the merchant within the following time limit.
3.5 If the buyer and the buyer cannot reach an agreement on the refund negotiation, either party can lodge a complaint with the Auto Parts Network and follow the complaint rules of the Auto Parts Network e-commerce platform.
Fourth, transaction confirmation
4.1 After the buyer pays, confirm the receipt or from the time when the merchant confirms the delivery on the Auto Parts Ren online e-commerce platform, the buyer has not confirmed the receipt within 15 days and has not applied for a refund or delayed delivery. The e-commerce platform determines that the order status is "transaction successful".
V. Market Management
5.1 In order to improve the shopping experience of consumers and maintain the normal operation order of Autoparts.com's e-commerce platform, Autoparts.com adopts the following temporary market control measures for sellers and their operations in accordance with the conditions specified in this rule:
5.1.1 “Warning” refers to the warning and admonition of the seller's improper behavior by oral or written form;
5.1.2 Withdrawal of products means the removal of products from sellers;
5.1.3 Degradation of a single product search refers to adjusting the ranking of products in the search results;
5.1.4 Degradation of whole store product search refers to adjusting the search results of all products in the seller's store
5.1.5 Single product search shielding means that the product is not displayed in the search results;
5.1.6 The single-dimensional search of a single product is not displayed by default, which means that product information is not displayed by default in search results of a single dimension such as price, credit, and sales volume, but can be displayed after the consumer actively selects it;
5.1.7 The single-dimension search of the entire store's products is not displayed by default, which means that all the products in the seller's store are not displayed by default in the search results of a single dimension such as price, credit, and sales volume, but can be displayed after consumers actively choose;
5.1.8 Restriction on participation in marketing activities refers to restricting sellers from participating in marketing activities initiated by Autoparts.com;
5.1.9 Single product supervision means that the product information cannot be viewed through search, product links, etc. within a certain period of time;
5.1.10 Store supervision means that within a certain period of time, the seller's store and all product information in the store cannot be viewed through search, store or product link, etc .;
5.1.11 Payment of liquidated damages means that the seller shall pay a certain amount of liquidated damages to the buyer or the auto parts network in accordance with the agreement or the rules;
5.2 The seller shall properly manage the product information released by him;
5.3 After being exposed by the news media or notified by the State Quality Supervision Department, the products of a certain offline brand, category or batch with unqualified quality, Autoparts.com will remove or delete the relevant product information posted online by the seller;
5.4 The seller shall conduct transactions in accordance with the requirements of the auto parts network transaction process, and the seller shall reasonably protect the rights and interests of the buyer.
5.5 In the event that the seller jeopardizes transaction security or auto parts network account security, auto parts network will restrict the seller from using all or part of the auto parts network service in accordance with the degree of danger of its behavior.
